Our Return & Exchange Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact – just like when they left our shop.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Fishing Hooks & Jig Heads: For safety and hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned once opened
  • Scents & Food Prep Items: Due to the nature of these products
  • Used Fishing Line: We cannot accept returns on line that has been spooled or used

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our angler support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to make the process smooth.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused merchandise with original packaging and tags.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our return center at:

  5. Track Your Return: Keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • Exchange Shipping: We’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item.

International Returns

For our global anglers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping costs and any import duties are non-refundable
