Our Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fishing Hooks & Jig Heads (once opened)
- Scents & Food Prep Items
- Used Fishing Line (that has been spooled or used)

Refund Information
